  • In the strength and Conditioning world we design programs to prepare athletes to perform, and prevent them from being injured performing so they can practice as much as possible. I apply these same philosophies to my clients.

  • The Goal of the programs I create for clients include learning, integrating, and progressing movement patterns that "compliment" your daily activities. This can mean many different things depending on your goals, experience, and life situation. Ultimately it is the wear and tear of our compensatory movement tendencies that degrade our ability to do what we enjoy over time. Whether You're an athlete looking to maximize your performance, or just looking to stay fit and healthy the value of optimizing your training patterns and intensities have everlasting effects.

-I have worked in every corner of the fitness industry from gym sales to physical therapy. Having Supported Physical Therapists in a clinic setting as well as worked alongside Local Sports Teams at every level gives me a unique perspective on personal training and movement as a whole. It is my mission to help everyone who desires to explore their movement capacities apply appropriate concepts to maximize their physical longevity.

In my youth I was a highly competitive swimmer, so I understand what it takes to train for high level competition first hand. I also understand the post career adjustments to make training enjoyable and productive! Nowadays when I'm not training or coaching I enjoy participating in a variety of movement and sport but mainly push my physical limits rock climbing.
